Whoa! I was unsure of what I was getting into when I picked up this novel, but I'm sure as hell glad I did. Scott West is an excellent writer that pulls you into a deep well thought out world weaved in facts twisted with a bit of fiction. Being a first novel, I would never guess. Truly impressive. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
In 2019, when the world went into lockdown because of COVID, I started writing to cope with the isolation and introspection. I regret not having started earlier. Writing proved to be surprisingly liberating, offering a rare space where my anxiety eased and the internal chatter subsided.
During the day, I work as a full-time Chief Information Officer. Technology presents a complex challenge for me; I'm both impressed by it and worn out by it.
